Policies

  1. Client Timeliness Policy

    We love when clients are on time for their appointments.  If you are running late, letting us know is always appreciated.  If you will be more than 10 minutes late, we will need to rebook you and the 50% rebooking fee would apply.

  2. No show Policy    

    We define “No Show” as a circumstance where the client did not come to their appt.  The appointment is deemed a no show after 10 minutes from the appt.’s start time has elapsed.  The fee is the full menu price of the services booked.  If you are a member and your appt was intended to redeem your benefit, you have the option to use your benefit to cover your no-show fee; however, if you choose to pay it, you will receive a 50% discount.

  3. Rebooking/Cancellation Policy

    We request a 24-hour notice for any changes that need to happen with your booking or if you need to cancel.  Changes to your appointment within the 24-hour window will incur a 50% fee reflective of the services booked.  If you are a member, you have the option to use your benefit to cover your fee.

  4. Accompanying guest Policy    

    We have a one guest per treatment room policy. If the client is minor, then their parent/guardian is allowed to accompany them.   

  5. No child Policy

    Please plan to have childcare arranged for your appointment.  If you are unable to find childcare, we will need to rebook your appointment.  The 50% rebooking fee will be waived for the 1st instance but will hold for all future times.
